FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
QUALIFICATION/SKILLS:
Ability to use all hand tools.
Familiarity with machine shop equipment (e.g., welder, heating gun, electric saw…)
Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
Proficient in standard and metric systems.
Proficient in using a tape measure.
Proficient in using iPad, MS Office 2011 (Excel, Word, Outlook), and general computer literacy.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer relation skills.
Must be a self-starter, team player, work well with others, and have a positive attitude.
Must have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Sharp, quick, dedicated, and innovative problem solver.
Must be a creative thinker, results-oriented, focused, and attentive to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time.
Adheres to core values and continuous self-improvement.
Must be organized and detail-oriented.
REQUIREMENTS:
Service experience or apprenticeship welcomed.
Spanish speaking is a big plus.
Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
Well-groomed, neat appearance.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Valid Social Security number.
Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by the company.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds; capable of pushing, pulling, carrying, or maneuvering heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices). Must be able to work in small spaces and stand for long periods.
